Nevada Real Estate Agent Pre-Licensing Steps:
Step 1: Enroll in the online Nevada Real Estate 90-hour pre-licensing course. You will have 24/7 Access! Complete the course in as little as 2 weeks or up to 1 year! After passing the online final exam, you will be issued the school’s Certificate of Completion.
Step 2: Get Fingerprinted. Fingerprints should be taken as soon as possible as results can take about 1-2 months to be received by the Real Estate Division. 24/7 Realty School of Nevada offers fingerprinting in-house at our main office. Get $5.00 off your fingerprints by showing your online course enrollment.
Step 3: Take Your Real Estate Licensing Exam. This will be done at a Pearson Vue testing center. There are 2 portions to the exam: 1) National Topics and 2) Nevada State Law.
Step 4: Take the following to the Nevada Real Estate Division: 1) School’s Certificate of Completion (Pre-Licensing), 2) Pearson Vue Exam Results, 3) Real Estate License Application with Broker’s Signature
Step 5: Congratulations! You are now a Nevada Real Estate Agent! Your license will be mailed directly to your Broker’s office.
